A bumper hitch receiver is designed to bolt onto your vehicle’s bumper, rather than the frame, and provide a standard receiver tube to accept a ball mount, cargo carrier, bike rack or other trailer hitch accessory. Unlike a step bumper hitch solution, which is simply a hole in the vehicle’s bumper for installing a trailer ball, a bumper hitch receiver allows for flexibility in towing applications, providing a standard-size tube for interchangeable accessories.
