Care Camps helps kids to forget about the chemo, radiation, and all the hard stuff that comes with cancer...and just be a kid again.

About the Authors

Jason Lippert

Jason Lippert is the third-generation leader of Lippert and LCI Industries. Throughout his 27-year career with the company, he has served in many capacities. Since 2003, he has been the CEO of Lippert and has placed an intense focus on building strong teams, bettering communities, and growing the company through new product innovations. He has successfully built upon the strong foundation that his father and grandfather established, and has transformed a steel roofing business in Alma, Michigan, into a thriving international supplier of components for the leisure vehicle and mobile transportation industries.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH in 1994. Today, as the President and CEO of Lippert, he and his executive team have created an inspiring company culture of excellence that starts with senior leadership and reaches to the front lines of its workforce of over 12,000 people. During his time at Lippert, Jason has focused on leadership, quality, innovation, customer service, and taking care of team members. He consistently says, “This foundation will continue to guide Lippert as the company matures and grows in the RV market, adjacent industries, and beyond.”

As a husband and father of four, Jason is passionate about enriching the lives of children. He has been a board member for the Boys & Girls Club for 12 years. He started Lippert Cares, a non-profit organization which, today, enriches thousands of kids’ lives. Lippert team members have also donated hundreds of thousands of volunteer hours to enrich their surrounding communities. One of the Lippert family mantras is “Business should be a force for good.”
