A state-of-the-art proprietary adhesive, ALPHABOND TPO tape is the go-to tape for your next RV roofing project. Pressure-sensitive, it has an aggressive “instant tack” adhesive. Wood, metal, fiberboard, ISO board, and concrete, as well as EPDM, TPO, PVC, and mixed elastomer roofing membranes — you name it, it adheres to it. As the exclusive distributor of Alpha Systems, LLC products, our ALPHABOND TPO tape is perfect for sealing roof joints and seams, tears, punctures, leaks, and other damage. With an aggressive “instant tack” proprietary adhesive and UV-stable TPO face, it’s the clear choice for flashing applications. Best of all, it’s safe. ALPHABOND TPO tape is 100% VOC free and there are no special safety requirements. Installation is easy: just press on to a clean surface, peel back the clear liner, and apply pressure to the tape facer to activate the adhesive bonding. A steel roller is recommended.

APPLICATION INFO:

  • ALPHABOND is a peel-and-stick adhesive.
  • Prep the surface that ALPHABOND is to be applied to by wiping away any oil, dirt, moisture, or other contaminants.
  • Peel back the clear release liner and apply pressure to the tape facer in order to activate adhesive bonding.
  • A steel roller is recommended when applying to roofing membranes.
  • No special safety requirements are needed. Consult the product SDS for detailed safety information.
