This CURT weld on receiver hitch features a 2-inch receiver with an 11-1/2-inch drop. It fits frames anywhere from 18 inches wide to 43 inches wide. The side plates ship unattached from the center section, allowing for a flexible, adjustable installation and a custom fit. No installation hardware required! This welded universal hitch is also rated as a class 5 hitch, being fully tested to SAE J684 specifications for a gross trailer weight capacity of 15,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of up to 1,500 pounds. To protect this weld on receiver hitch from corrosion, it comes shielded with a co-cured finish of liquid A-coat and durable black powder coat. NOTE: Side plates do not come pre-welded.
