Do I need to hire an electrician?

No. The Solera® Lumina™ plugs into any standard 110V outlet. No hardwiring or professional electrical work required.

What if there is a power outage?

In a power outage the motor won't operate since it requires a 110V outlet. Use the included manual crank wand to extend or retract your awning by hand.

Does the wind sensor require and setup?

Each motorized awning comes with a wind sensor included. Our installers calibrate it during setup to ensure it retracts automatically when needed.

How quiet is the motor?

The 50Nm motor is engineered for quiet, smooth operation, allowing you to extend your shade without disrupting your outdoor peace.
