Do I really not need an electrician?

Correct. The Solera® Lumina™ plugs into any standard 110V outlet, eliminating the need for an electrician entirely. No cutting into walls, no electrical permits, no added costs.

What if my patio is shaded?

No problem. Our team evaluates your specific setup on-site and recommends the best configuration for your patio layout.

Will you drill holes in my home?

Yes. We use advanced stud-finding technology to locate structural supports, then seal every penetration with professional-grade silicone to prevent water intrusion. All mounting hardware is specifically chosen for your home's exterior material.

What about wind?

Every Solera® Lumina™ motorized awning includes a built-in wind sensor that monitors conditions continuously. We calibrate this during installation so it automatically retracts the awning when gusts exceed safe thresholds, protecting both the awning structure and your home's exterior.
