How to Measure
Measuring for your Furrion Lumina solar-powered retractable awning is simple and straightforward. First, measure the height of your wall to ensure a minimum mounting height of 7' 6", with an optimal height of 9'. Next, measure the width of the space where you plan to install the awning to determine the correct size. Ensure you have at least 9" of unobstructed height for the length of your mounting location. Decide on the best location for the solar panel, keeping in mind it needs optimal sun exposure. The panel measures 24" L x 3.5" W x 1.6" H and can be positioned up to 8' from the motor. Return Policy: Your Furrion awning is custom built just for you. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact Furrion within 14 days of receiving the awning to initiate a return, provided it has not been damaged due to improper use or modifications, failure to follow the product instructions, owner abuse, or excessive wind or water pooling on the canopy. There is a 20% restocking fee since this is a build-to-order item.
You must notify our Customer Service Department by calling 833-714-0309, before returning any purchase. Once we have sent you a Return Authorization Form, you can return the product within the 14-day period. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your product purchase price less the applicable restocking fee. This applies only to products purchased directly from Furrion or Lippert. The product must be returned in its original packaging, according to instructions. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
