Step-By-Step RV Water Heater Door Replacement

Step 1: Release door from housing

Rotate the latch 90 degrees counterclockwise to release the door from the unit housing.

Step 2: Remove door from assembly

Then, lift up to remove it from the assembly.

Step 3: Install replacement door

Install the replacement door’s tabs into the slots at the bottom of the unit housing.

Step 4: Secure Door

Finally, close the door and secure it in place with the latch to complete the procedure.
