This is a replacement 8K13-R model cylinder, usually found on the rear of newer model Ford E-450 and Chevy C4500 Class C chassis.

Note: The 8K13 cylinder has a threaded stud at the bottom of the internal shaft and is compatible with the footpad that attaches with a nut only. 8K13 rear cylinders with the circular footpad that attaches with a flathead bolt will need to be replaced with this cylinder, M27610 foot pad, and M50103 limit switch.
